What tablet and iPad brands do you accept?

Do devices need to be unenrolled from MDM before pickup?
Yes. Devices still enrolled in mobile device management or showing an active account lock should be deprovisioned by your IT team first. Our intake process flags any device that still shows a lock for follow-up with your team.
How is data destroyed on a tablet or iPad?
Sanitization is performed in accordance with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, using verified erasure of on-device storage, or physical destruction when a device can't be verified as sanitized or a client requires destruction.
Can tablets be resold instead of destroyed?
Yes. Once data has been verified as sanitized, functional tablets are strong candidates for our asset value recovery and reuse program, which routes a majority of processed units company-wide to reuse rather than material recovery.
